MOTOMOJO PRODUCT WARRANTY

 
This warranty covers all products, whether expressed or implied, manufactured under the brand name of Motomojo, and applies to all products sold and marketed under the trade mane of Motomojo, its representatives, distributors and dealers.

Motomojo warrants all part of ATV’s, mopeds/scooters and dirt bikes, and covers any repairs needed to correct defective material and workmanship, except those items listed below that are not covered by normal use, misuse, and maintenance of the products.

One (1) Year warranty on parts and Thirty (30) Days warranty on labor for all vehicles. 

Labor Rates are listed and scheduled in accordance with all state requirements and within the Motomojo Corporations' labor rates that are included with the authorized dealer agreements.  All additional charges of shop supplies, and costs that might be incurred are the responsibility of the authorized dealer.


This warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the customer.   The customer’s warranty registration form must be signed by the customer and the authorized dealer and then sent to Motomojo Corporation and must be received within 30 days of the authorized dealers’ sale receipt’s date. Any sale receipt from an unauthorized dealer will void the warranty.

Any product that has been received by an authorized dealer by a time period exceeding three (3) months, and has not been inspected by the dealer for any physical defects or any hidden shipping damages, then becomes the responsibility of the dealer.

This warranty does not cover:


1. Any parts and labor costs incurred in connection with required or recommended maintenance schedule, as outlined in the Owner’s, Manual or by the authorized dealer.


2. Normal maintenance costs and services, such as carburetor tune-ups, replacement of filters, lubricants, gaskets, fuel, oil and other such operational costs and services. Normal wear items after the first 300 miles such as replacement light bulbs, control cables, tubes, tires, brake shoes, contact breaker points, spark plug, belt, and sprocket.


3. Damages of failures resulting from accidents, theft, fire, catastrophe, or from misuse, use of improper or dirty fuels or lubricants, use of non-original ODES brand of parts, alteration, tampering, improper repairs, racing or competitive speed contests.


4. Normal deterioration of appearance, due to wear, exposure or other environmental conditions.


5. Incidental or consequential damages, such as a loss of use, inconvenience or for any commercial use.

6. If the product is used for anything other than the intended use, the product's warranty is also void.  If the product is used in a commercial application, such as a rental product to consumers, the warranty for manufacturing defects is good for only 30 days, and the commercial vendor or operator is responsible for all liability insurance and for ensuring that the rental customers are well aware of all dangers and risk associated with the products use on or off of the roads.
